Our Drivers make the difference!

They always wear collar and tie, and are smartly presented. They will wear a suit on request. Just as importantly, they will always put their client first, with the courtesy we used to take for granted.

Upon arrival our drivers will present themselves at your reception or front door. They will always help with any luggage, and behave in a respectful and welcoming manner.

We are conscious of the need for security, both of our passengers and of information. Drivers are not informed of the detail of any journey until the day prior, and are trained not to divulge information about their work. In particular, they are trained to be discreet about anything they may overhear.

Management passengers can therefore conduct business conversations in complete confidence while in one of Helen's Airport Taxis.

Our drivers know their way around.

All cars carry a variety of local and national maps, and we have collected from or delivered to most areas in the UK.

Many of our drivers have previously worked in Central London and thus know the City particularly well.
